Shipping & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders made before 3pm on the same day. We will not be held liable for late deliveries or misplaced or lost deliveries due to our third party couriers, Therefore the following timescales are an estimation and are not guaranteed.
1.1 STANDARD DELIVERY - UK
Standard delivery is free and can take up to 2-4 working days from dispatch.
1.2 EXPEDITED/EXPRESS DELIVERY
Expedited delivery is £2.99 and can take 1-2 working days from dispatch.
1.3 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Charges may vary for international shipping and additional charges may apply based on the counties Customs Regulations. We will not be liable to pay for additional Customs fees on international orders. Please contact us regarding delivery fees.
Please note there is no timescale for international orders due to delays caused by Customs and Border control.

3. RETURNS POLICY
3.1 RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND COST OF RETURN
If the products have been delivered, then you must return the products to us in accordance with the following arrangements. Return of the products includes all packaging, contents, documents, and other items supplied with or as part of the products, including any free gifts.
3.1.1 RETURN DEADLINE
You must return the products to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days after you informed us of your decision to cancel, if you are unhappy with the products you have received or you would like to replace an incorrect item received.

3.1.2 RETURN OF PRODUCTS BY YOU

3.1.3 COLLECTION BY US
We may at any time request to collect the products from you, and in such case you must make the products available for collection when requested by us, in accordance with such reasonable arrangements as we may specify. If we send you a pre-paid package (e.g. a jiffy bag or have a courier collect it) to return the products to us in, then you must return the products using any such package.
3.1.4 COST OF RETURNING PRODUCTS
You must bear the direct cost of returning the products to us for products retuned on the basis you wish to cancel or you are unhappy with the product, including our direct costs of collecting the products from you. If we incur any such costs, then you shall reimburse us these costs. If you do not hand over the products when arranged, then we may also charge you our direct costs for each failed collection attempt. You agree that that we may deduct such costs from any refund which we are obliged to make to you.
We will bare the costs if we are at fault; "Fault" means we have sent you an incorrect item, the item you received is faulty or it does not match the description (and we have not informed you of the differences in the product design or description).
3.1.5 RISK, PRODUCT INSURANCE AND PROOF OF RETURN
The products are at your risk until they have been returned to us, and accordingly we recommend that you insure the products accordingly and provide us with a proof of postage on items that are being returned.
3.1.6 CONDITION OF PRODUCTS RETURNED
If you handle the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products then you are obliged to pay to us the amount by which the value of the products has been diminished as a result, up to, but no more than, the original price of the products. This includes if you return the products with damage that was not present on delivery, or missing anything that was present on delivery. You agree to pay such amount on demand, and you agree that that we may deduct such amount from any refund which we are obliged to make to you. If you bought the products as a set the must be returned in the same.
4. LEGAL STATUS
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have 7 working days to cancel your order. In this case we will issue you with a refund of the cost of the order, we will not refund the cost of postage where the order has already been dispatched.
If the order has already been sent you must return the order, unopened, unworn, in its original condition and packaging at your own cost. If the the product is damaged or faulty upon receiving we will bear the postage costs. All returns must arrive back with us within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).
Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and return your payment.
